These websites and their SoLoAPI services run on SoLo-controlled infrastructure.

Contact and support forms

The form saves the name, email address, topic, subject, and message you submit, together with the submission time, originating website, and a reference number, in our private server inbox. This information is used to review your enquiry and respond. It is not published on the website.

Do not include payment information, passwords, pairing codes, or sensitive documents. To request correction or removal of a message, contact us and include its reference number.

Solutions Lab email list

If you sign up, we save your email address, selected interests, the permission text you checked, and the time and website of signup in a private local subscriber database. We use this to prepare requested AI tips and related Lab marketing. The starter kit is available without signup. We do not yet have an automated email campaign running. You may unsubscribe using the link shown after signup or contact us to request removal. Your email and interests are not published.

Elaine and Da Nine’s public chat

Your question is processed by a model running on our own server. The website chat service keeps questions and answers temporarily in server memory while responding and for up to ten minutes afterward, without writing them to disk or private AI memory. The current page holds its conversation only until you leave or reload it. It has no access to private customer records or the contact inbox.

Checkout and payments

Stripe processes payments when checkout is activated for a product. Its secure payment fields send card details directly to Stripe, not to our website server. Stripe may process contact, billing, delivery, device, and transaction information needed to complete a payment and prevent fraud. See Stripe’s privacy information.

SoLo keeps order references, purchased product and option, quantity, payment status, totals, and the contact and delivery information needed to fulfill an order on its own server. No card number or security code is stored by this checkout. A private order-reference link lets you view payment status; do not share it. The payment library loads only when you continue to payment for an available product.

Site operation

The site uses no third-party analytics, advertising scripts, hosted fonts, or external form service. Temporary request counters limit spam and heavy use. Network infrastructure still handles connection information needed to deliver the website.
